Bremer Trust, which manages the late singer’s estate, said it had no plans to sell Prince’s legendary recording studio and home despite media reports on Friday, reports Time.

“Contrary to some media reports, Bremer Trust, the special administrator for the Prince Rogers Nelson estate, has no plans to sell either Paisley Park or the property referred to as the ‘Purple Rain’ house,” Bremer Trust said in a statement. “There is no additional information to share on this topic.”

TMZ had reported that Paisley Park was among several of Prince’s properties sought to put on sale by Bremer Trust. Also, the Associated Press reported that Bremer’s court filing included the recording studio among nearly 20 properties worth an estimated $28 million.

Prince died at Paisley Park in April at the age of 57.
