*Colin Kaepernick, whose #7 jersey has been flying off store shelves since his decision to sit out the National Anthem before games, has announced that all proceeds from the purchase of his top-selling jersey will go to charity, reports TMZ.

“I wasn’t expecting my jersey sales to jump to number one because of this, but it shows the people’s belief that we can achieve justice and equality for ALL!” the San Francisco 49ers quarterback said in a statement.

“The only way I can repay you for the support is to return the favor by donating all the proceeds I receive from my jersey sales back into the communities!”

This marks the second wave of Kaepernick’s generosity after he pledged last week to give away a the first $1 million of his salary to various community organizations.

Kaep has chosen not to stand during the National Anthem until racial inequality in America is addressed.
