*”CBS This Morning” aired live from outside the new National Museum of African American History and Culture in D.C. this morning, and someone thought it was the perfect opportunity to speak yell directly to one of their guests.
“Colin Powell! You know better Colin Powell! As a black man in America, you dropped bombs on Iraq,” a man shouted to the former Secretary of State under President George W. Bush.
“Is he one of yours?” joked Powell, who appeared shaken.
“He is definitely not one of ours, and he’s coming up here to harass the show on live TV,” co-host Gayle King said.
“Museum security immediately intervened and the matter was quickly resolved,” a CBS News spokesperson told TVNewser.
