*Mary J. Blige has taken legal steps to make clear that her prenup is iron clad.

According to TMZ, Blige’s lawyer Gary Fishbein filed docs asking the judge to approve her prenuptial agreement. She’s worried, however, because the lawyer for her estranged husband, Martin “Kendu” Isaacs, is trying to claim that the prenup is “immensely invalid, unenforceable and unconscionable.”

Blige says they drew up the prenup on December 5th, 2003 and got married two days later.

As previously reported, she filed for divorce in July and asked the judge to block Isaacs’ bid for spousal support.

In Blige’s latest filing, she says her prenup clearly lays out who gets what and should not be thrown out.
