*If you’ve been waiting with bated breath for Tamar Braxton to say something … anything about the alleged domestic abuse incident in Atlanta at the Ritz Carlton where her husband, Vince Herbert, supposedly bit her finger, well, you just got your wish.

In the quickie video below, a pap caught up with with Tamar at the airport and inquired as to what the deal was with her marriage.

“Just because somebody says something doesn’t make it law. I’m not even finna defend my relationship to anybody. Ever. This is a marriage. This is not my baby daddy. This is not my boyfriend. We don’t live together. This is my husband for 13 years…so everybody else can have several seats.”

"God is good so I'm good" yes @tamarbraxton #tamarbraxton hey @diandre_tristan ❤️❤️

We’ll take Tamar’s word, or inference, that things are all good between her and Vince as far as any domestic violence, there was a time before she met Herbert that she found herself with someone who did lay hands on her, according to a report in the Daily Mail.

The site found footage from January of 2015 of her speaking on “The Real” about an abusive relationship she was in. Tamar admitted to her now former co-hosts that she was once in a relationship with a man who abused her both “mentally and physically.”

“God really saved me from myself because I was with the wrong person,” Braxton told co-hosts Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love, Jeannie Mia, and Tamera Mowry-Housley just months before she was fired from the talk show, reports the iquisitr.

Braxton’s confession on “The Real” about her past abusive relationship, presumably before she married Herbert in 2008, resurfaced just days after it was reported that Tamar and Vince got into a domestic dispute that allegedly turned physical during a recent trip to Atlanta.
