*Tameka “Tiny” Harris’ daughter will avoid jail time in her gun possession case under several conditions set by a judge.

T.I.’s stepdaughter Zonnique Pullins was charged with carrying a concealed weapon to Atlanta’s airport in June.

Because this was her first brush with the law, the judge ordered her to take a gun law training class, pay a $500 fine and complete 60 hours of community service, according to TMZ.

She must also submit to random drug tests.

If Zonnique can complete everything within 90 days, and the gun charge will be dropped, TMZ reports.

Pullins was arrested in June after officials at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport discovered a .380 Ruger semi-automatic handgun in her purse. After her arrest made headlines, T.I. and Tiny endorsed their daughter’s right to bear arms.

It was Tiny who took Zinnique to buy the gun after a fan grabbed her during an event and she received online threats, according to TMZ.
