*Back in May, comedian Wanda Sykes shared her thoughts on the current presidential election for a new standup special filmed at The Theatre at Ace Hotel in Los Angeles.
Now set to premiere Oct. 21 on EPIX, the comic’s words are even more relevant today than they were five months ago.
“What the f**k happened to the Republicans?” Sykes asks the audience during the hour-long special “What Happened…Ms Sykes,” filmed as Donald Trump was on the verge of securing the GOP nomination. She went on to express sympathy for the conservatives who were now stuck with him.
“I have never, in my life, watched a presidential debate and had the thought cross my mind, ‘Is he about to take out his dick?’” she joked.
