UPDATE:
Azealia Banks filed a battery report against Russell Crowe after the actor refused to apologize for their fight in his hotel suite over the weekend.
Sources tell TMZ the rapper went to the Beverly Hills Police Department Sunday afternoon after demanding that Russell apologize, but Crowe’s reps said he refused, because he insists he did nothing wrong.

*Azealia Banks has now run afoul of Russell Crowe.
According to TMZ, the Harlem-born rapper was tossed from a Beverly Hills hotel room by the actor after she allegedly threatened to attack his guests. More specifically, the Oscar winner grabbed her in a bear hug and carried her out of the room, TMZ reported.
The 25-year-old was in Crowe’s suite with around 10 other people, including RZA of the Wu-Tang Clan, with whom she came along. According to witnesses, Banks had been complaining about the music Crowe was playing, and calling the Oscar winner and at least one other guest, “boring white men.”
When one of Crowe’s female friends interrupted to defend him, Banks allegedly said, “You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you guys in the throat, and blood would squirt everywhere like some real Tarantino s**t.”
She was getting ready to throw a glass at the group when Crowe physically removed her and called security, TMZ reported.
The rapper had a different account of what happened in a post on her Facebook page.
“To recap my night, I went to a party at Russell crowe’s [sic] suite, at which he called me a n—-r, choked me, threw me out and spat at me,” Banks wrote in a message posted Sunday, which has since been deleted.
“Last night was one of the hardest nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time,” she said. “The men in the room allowed it to happen. I feel terrible today.”
In another message, Banks said she wished she “had someone to beat [Crowe] up” for her.
“Just feel so low and mishandled and alone and f—ing depressed right now,” she said. “I want to f—ing die.”
Guests who were at the hotel party told TMZ that they gave statements to security saying Banks had been acting “erratic.” They added that even RZA admitted she was the one using the n-word, and not Crowe.
