*Eric Garner’s daughter allegedly threatened the mother of his love child, so the woman’s lawyer has demanded a restraining order against the late Staten Islander’s oldest daughter Erica.
NY Daily News reports that Erica took to Facebook to specifically targeted her father’s one-time girlfriend Jewel Miller, raising concerns about her safety and that of their 2 1/2-year-old daughter, Legacy.
“Who wanna slap jewel fa me?” asked Erica Garner in her lengthy FB post. “ … So if your(sic) reading this post and standing next to her smack the s–t out of her and remind her she was a side piece and nothing more.”

Miller says she fears for her life after Garner’s daughter wrote threatening Facebook comments. According to reports, she is locked in an ongoing feud with Garner’s family over the $6.9 million settlement awarded in Garner’s wrongful death suit. A DNA test confirmed paternity and entitled Legacy to a portion of the settlement.
Eric Garner was killed when NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo used an illegal chokehold on him during a misdemeanor arrest in July 2014. Federal prosecutors in Washington plan to pursue charges against Pantaleo for the chokehold death of Garner, a law enforcement source told The Post on Tuesday.
“It’s going to happen sooner than later,” the source said of an indictment. “Washington wants to indict him.”
NY feds are pissed that their colleagues are trying to “make an example out of Pantaleo” at any cost, said one source familiar with the case.
Meanwhile, in another Facebook post, Erica wrote, “Jewel Miller is an embarrassment to my dad’s legacy”.
The judge took no action on Miller’s request for a restraining order. The two sides are scheduled to meet with Staten Island Surrogate Judge Robert Gigante next month.
