*Katrina “Kat Tat” Jackson and 9 Mag Tattoo Studio – Ryan Henry, Phor, Van Johnson, and more, recently finished filming Season 2 of Black Ink Crew: Chicago and is proud to announce the return of the new season that will premiere on October 3rd.

After filming, Jackson has recently visited Los Angeles, CA for several months; doing art shows, hosting events, and accepting tattoo appointments. In honor of her visit to Los Angeles and the new season, Jackson will have a celebration party in October.

Jackson is an amazing tattoo artist and painter on “Black Ink Crew: Chicago.” She began tattooing in her dorm room as a Freshman at the University of Missouri and after three years of college as a math major, she decided to drop out of school to pursue her dream and passion for tattooing and painting. Jackson worked at 9 Mag Tattoo Studio, which is the home of the hit VH1’s TV Series, “Black Ink Crew: Chicago.”

Jackson has become one of the most sought after tattoo artist in the industry with a strong celebrity and athlete clientele including Denver Broncos – Shane Ray, Oakland Raiders – Aldon Smith, Jacksonville Jaguars – Sergio Brown, Chicago Rapper – King Louie, Grammy Nominated Producer – Drumma Boy, and more. Additionally, Jackson has sold a painting to former NFL Player,Chad Ochocinco.

Jackson will be available for appointments to do tattoo artwork at UTGInk on 4233 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles CA 90029. Aside from tattooing and painting, Jackson has a strong interest in the beauty industry and women empowerment. She will also be available for hosting events and being a speaker/ panelist. Jackson will be a hostess and a speaker at Amber Rose’s Slut Walk on October 1st in downtown Los Angeles. Prints and T Shirts of her painting designs will be on sale at the event as well as through her website and a Pop Up shop from October 11th-16th.
