*Dammit! Toni Braxton‘s Lupus condition has flared up again causing her to cancel her “The Hits” tour Saturday night in Cleveland. This comes on the heels of her recovering from another health emergency caused by the ailment a few weeks ago.

“Toni Braxton was hospitalized this afternoon in Cleveland due to complications with her Lupus,” the singer’s Twitter read. “Unfortunately her show tonight in Cleveland will need to be postponed.”

The statement continued:

“Lupus needs to be constantly monitored and this minor setback should not affect the rest of her tour. Tickets for tonight’s show will be honored at the re-scheduled date that will be announced shortly.”

This new turn of events comes right after Toni’s performance in Kansas City Friday evening where Birdman made a special appearance to close the show.

As of this posting, there’s no word on Braxton’s condition. We of course will keep you posted when we learn more.

About her Lupus condition, earlier we reported …

*OK, here’s the latest on Toni Braxton‘s medical condition. To say a lot of folks were concerned is an understatement, but Toni is now resting at home in Los Angeles.

She was initially checked out by a doctor in Atlanta, but we’re told she flew to L.A. late last week and was admitted for treatment.

A rep confirms Toni was getting treated for lupus, but says she’s doing better now, and she’s hoping to start rehearsals soon for an upcoming tour.

“Toni is resting at home and she is fine,” her rep told PEOPLE. “She was in an L.A. hospital for a few days being treated for her lupus. She has been released and starts rehearsals for her upcoming tour this week. She was not in serious condition, though lupus is a serious disease and must be monitored at all times.”
