Beyonce Sued for ‘Prominent’ Use of Roc-A-Fella Logo in ‘Drunk in Love’ Video

*A lawsuit has been filed against Beyonce over the use of her husband’s Roc-A-Fella logo.

Dwayne Walker, who claims he designed the logo, claims Bey used it prominently in the video for her hit single “Drunk in Love,” but never received permission.

Via TMZ:

He wants the court to put a stop to it and cut him a slice of the profits.

According to the docs … Dwayne says he owns the rights to the original Roc-A-Fella logo and it shouldn’t have been used in her music vid.

It’s interesting … we took a look at the video and the only time you see anything even resembling the logo is a quick shot of Jay Z’s glitzy pendant.

[Jay Z] is not named or mentioned in the suit.

It’s also worth noting Dwayne sued Jay for $7 million over the logo but lost the case back in September.
