*The Kardashian sisters are reportedly going to legal lengths to keep pending sister-in-law Blac Chyna from using their last name professionally.

The Karashians made nice with Chyna when she got pregnant with their brother Rob Kardashian’s baby, but the issue of her planned married name still remains. As previously reported, Chyna requested to trademark the name “Angela Renee Kardashian” for her social media and work in entertainment, but Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are trying to prevent that from happening, according to TMZ.

The site obtained the court documents from the sisters’ companies, in which they oppose Chyna’s request, claiming they’ll “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill” if she takes the Kardashian name. The documents also reportedly say that Rob’s fiancee is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of their famous last name.

There’s no telling when the 28-year-old will officially become a Kardashian. Although they’re enjoying being new parents to their daughter, Dream, a wedding has yet to be set.
