*Sheree Whitfield is in court over a Chateau Sheree housewarming that reportedly cost her a $1000 ordinance violation fine.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star appeared in Sandy Springs Municipal Court on Friday after claims that her extravagant housewarming party, which was taped for the reality show, got a little out of control, Jet magazine reports.
Whitfield’s neighbor David Good says he called the cops in late October when dozens of cars showed up behind Whitfield’s home, causing major traffic issues. Vehicles were parked on other neighboring lawns and blocked the street.
In addition, a big spotlight was installed for Bravo’s production of the hit series.

The issue with it all is that Whitfield did not file the proper paperwork for the house party nor the show taping. As a result, she was slapped with an $1000 fine and 18 months of unsupervised probation by the city.
OK! reports that Sheree appeared in a Georgia court last week and pled no contest to the charge. The judge warned her to obtain the proper permits in the future. A “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” producer was also fined $1000 for failing to obtain filming permits.
The judge advise Whitfield to “take extra steps not to interfere with [neighbors’] privacy and provide security to deal with paparazzi and traffic control.”
Following the hearing, Whitfield said the judge “was a little overboard” with her reprimands.
Meanwhile, RHOA viewers know that Sheree is considering a future with her ex, Bob Whitfield. The two have been spending more time together since they reconciled at their daughter’s birthday party last year.
“Here’s the thing, the previous relationship was so damaged,” Bob told Radar. “Two adults, we wouldn’t dare to venture into a relationship, but we are exploring each other’s company, I will say.”
