*Former NFL quarterback Kordell Stewart is seeking $4.5 million from viral sensation Andrew “Delivert” Caldwell, who claimed they had a relationship while he was married to “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams, reports the Daily Mail.
In October 2015, Caldwell went on a radio show and claimed he had “hooked up with Stewart in the past,” and that the former athlete bought him purses and expensive cars.
Caldwell has since apologized and retracted his statements, but Stewart is now claiming that the comments damaged his career, his image and hurt his family.
According to court documents seen by DailyMail.com, Stewart is demanding $4.5 million in damages.
Caldwell first became famous for a video in which he screamed in church: “I’m not gay no more!”
