*A friend of Sean Kingston who fired a gunshot in the air as the singer was allegedly getting beaten and stomped by the rap group Migos has been charged in Las Vegas.
According to TMZ, 28-year-old Moises Johnson was booked with discharging a firearm by firing a shot in the air. He was also booked on three felony counts for pointing the gun at three people, and felony possession of a firearm without a permit.
As previously reported, the incident took place Tuesday night at the Sands Expo & Convention Center. It’s unclear what started the fight. Video taken before the alleged beatdown showed Kingston and members of Migos greeting each other warmly.
Kingston has not filed a police report against Migos, perhaps because he took to social media Wednesday to declare that he was never jumped by Migos.
“Do I look like I got jumped,” the singer asks his fans on Instagram, before going on to say that “I look smooth as ice. Real top shotta.”
