*Trey Songz is in jeopardy of losing his luxury Miami condo.
According to The Dirty, Songz was slapped with a lawsuit demanding the property’s foreclosure due to $1,700 in unpaid homeowners association fees.
The Brickell Key Master Association filed suit earlier this week in Florida Court, accusing the crooner of refusing to pay the required maintenance costs since October.
They are demanding that the court signs off on his home being foreclosed. The association wants him kicked out and the property sold off, with profits used to settle his debt.
The unpaid maintenance fees total $609.49. However, with fees and interest the total has grown to $1,722.40.
Trey has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
