On the other hand, if you’re all the way up of “Star Wars” stuff, it’s the second film in the “Star Wars” sequel trilogy following “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”
It stars Mark Hamill, the late Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie, and Andy Serkis in returning roles. New cast members include Benicio del Toro and Laura Dern in unconfirmed roles.
“Star Wars: The Last Jedi” opens on December 15.
