Whoa! Dang! Here’s some shocking, earthquake news that we’re not sure what to make of, but it’s being reported by the reputable Mail Online/Daily Mail that Janet Jackson and Wissam Al Mana have gone their separate ways.
The staggering news, if true, means Jackson and her multi-millionaire husband have indeed separated just months after she gave birth to her first child at the age of 50. The information of the split was told to The Mail on Sunday publication, on Friday night (04-07-17) by sources close to the singer.
The pop-star sister of the late Michael Jackson wed Qatari businessman Wissam Al Mana in 2012 and their son, Eissa, was born on January 3.

Her recent retreat from the limelight – and the postponement of her Unbreakable world tour last year involving 36 gruelling stadium shows – had been put down to contentment with her marriage.
But last night, a close friend of Ms Jackson told The Mail on Sunday: “Sadly, Janet and Wissam have decided that it wasn’t working and to go their separate ways.
“They’re both busy people but determined to be good parents, even if they’re apart. It’s amicable and Eissa will stay with his mother, who is basing herself in London.”
Keeping in mind what you just read, it’s interesting to note that it was just a week ago when a leading entertainment website claimed Al Mana had helped three-times-married Ms Jackson settle down as she traded fame for a role as a devoted mother and wife.

The Daily Mail story goes on to note that a divorce settlement could be complex and costly as Al Mana, 42 and CEO of the multinational Al Mana business conglomerate, is estimated to have a fortune of around £800million (just under $1Billion) – at least four times Jackson’s net worth.
Another piece of info worth noting is that when the couple married, there was much speculation, never confirmed, that Ms Jackson had converted to Islam, fueled by her appearance in a head scarf.
Well, who know. Like they say, where there’s smoke, there’s fire. But is this real smoke or somebody blowin’ smoke up somebody’s you-know-what?
