Cops Strip Black Woman (Charneshia Corley) for an 11-min Body Cavity Search in Parking Lot [VIDEO]

*A lawyer for 23-year-old Charneisha Corley recently released the dashcam images of her 2015 arrest and cavity search. The horrifying images comes a week after criminal charges against the Houston deputies involved were dropped.

Corley was strip-searched for 11-minutes in a parking lot by police officers after she was pulled over for a minor traffic violation. According to reports, she was pulled over around 10.30pm on June 20 and was searched after two Harris County Deputies — one black female and one white male — detected the smell of marijuana.

After finding nothing in Corley’s clothing, the deputies, Ronaldine Pierre, 34, and William Strong, 37, then proceeded to strip Corley and perform a full body cavity search.

According to lawyer Sam Cammack, one of the officers was caught on dashcam footage telling another passenger who was already in custody in the police car: “Oh we are going to find something, even if we have to put our hands on her,” per U.K. Metro.

The deputies then ‘stuck [their] head underneath the vehicle and completely pulled her pants off, leaving her naked and exposed in that Texaco parking lot,’ Mr Cammack said. The search also included an examination of Corley’s vagina.

Cops claim they found half a gram of marijuana on her person, but all charges against her were later dropped. The “deputies were subsequently charged last summer with a misdemeanor charge of official oppression but charges were dropped on the day the case was supposed to go to trial.”

Corley’s lawyer is now calling for an independent prosecutor in the case. Natasha Sinclair Harris County Prosecutor told Fox 26 that the public cavity search ‘should not have happened.’

“It should never have happened and unfortunately we are in the business of prosecuting criminal offenses and though it may not be criminal, it doesn’t mean she won’t receive justice.”
