D.L. Hughley Blasts Trump for Late Neo-Nazi Rebuke; Says Family Has Racist Past (WATCH)

*Like a lot of folks, comedian/actor/activist D.L. Hughley wasn’t at all surprised that President Donald Trump was waaay late to party of disavowing the Alt-right, White Supremacists, Nazis, etc.

Hughley, as well as others, says he believes the Trumps are tied to racism

A TMZ video guy caught up with Hughley on Monday at LAX and asked him his thoughts regarding Trump’s timing to come out and explicitly denounce white supremacists after violence in Charlottesville. D. L. had a simple explanation.

The comedian cites reports that Trump’s late father, Fred Trump, was arrested in Queens in 1927 after a KKK riot there. For what it’s worth, Donald Trump has denied his father had any involvement.

At this point, as far as D.L. Hughley is concerned, the whole world knows where the POTUS stands on race. He also said it’s time Americans looked themselves in the mirror on the issue.

D.L. Hughley wasn’t the only celeb who had something to say about Trump being onthe late-freight as as far Charlottesville is concerned. Here’s a sampling of what others in Hollywood are saying.
