Cynthia Bailey to Keep Her Homes After Divorce Settlement – Leslie Jones Cops NYC High-Rise

*“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey has finalized her divorce and she will reportedly maintain her real estate properties.

According to the settlement document, Cynthia and Peter Thomas had a prenup which entitles them to keep their personal assets. Cynthia gets to keep her three homes in Georgia and one in Texas. She also gets her Land Rover and Pontiac Montana.

Peter gets to keep his member interest in two restaurants, and his own company, per The Blast.

“RHOA” featured the couple’s wedding in 2010 and their breakup was a major storyline for the show.

Bailey is expected to rebound with her new beau, Will Jones, during season 10 of ‘RHOA.’ The series returns to Bravo on Sunday, November 5 at 8 p.m. ET.

Mo money, mo property… as Leslie Jones has dropped less than $2 million for a high-rise in the Big Apple.

According to the deed, Jones dropped $1,743,957 on the Manhattan luxury apartment earlier this summer.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,098 sq. ft. home located in an ultra-luxury building features floor-to-ceiling corner windows, custom, a deep-soaking tub,  and high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass corner windows and generous closet space.

The building features 24-hour concierge for security and reception services as well as package and dry cleaning valet service. Other amenities include a landscaped roof terrace, state-of-the-art fitness center, event space and a private garden.
