*What a joy it was, and a beautiful sun shinny day last Saturday when Faith Evans graced the stage at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza in front of a crowd of hundreds of her loving fans.

Also joining her coming all the way from Brooklyn, New York were the Junior Mafia who had the crowd up on their feet through out the entire afternoon.

It’s not that often that we have the opportunity to be blessed to see her perform in Los Angeles but thanks to the new management at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza and their various sponsors including Metro we would not have been able to see her on stage for free.

There were also some fabulous performances put on by very talented local artists including the great Barbara Morrison, Michael Sessions, Dwight Tribble, and Medusa who really brought the house down with her vocal stylings.

It’s indeed a rarity to see Faith Evans perform here in Los Angeles, and when she was asked how did she feel about coming to L A ( in spite of the fact that her late husband was killed here)  she replied, “I love coming to this town, this is like a second home to me, and I will be coming back.”

We love you Faith, thanks for the memories, and for putting on a great show.
