Reunited: Dwyane Wade Signs 1-Yr Deal to Join LeBron James in Cleveland (Reports)

*NBA star Dwyane Wade has reportedly reached an agreement to join his former Miami Heat teammate LeBron James in Cleveland..

According to Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports’ The Vertical, Wade is expected to sign a one-year deal with the Cavaliers on Wednesday once he clears waivers.

Wade will reportedly earn a total of $2.3 million over the course of the 2017-18 season.

Wade, a 12-time NBA All-Star guard, made 60 appearances for the Chicago Bulls and averaged 18.3 points to go along with 4.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists in 29.9 minutes per game. He agreed to a buyout with the Bulls to become an unrestricted free agent.

Wade and James won two championships and made four trips to the NBA Finals as teammates with the Heat.

After trading All Star Kyrie Irving to the Celtics for All Star Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder and Ante Zizic, the Cavs also signed former NBA MVP Derrick Rose this off season along with Jeff Green and Jose Calderon.
