*NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” will begin its 43rd season with three new additions to its cast.

The veteran sketch comedy has enlisted Chris Redd, Heidi Gardner and Luke Null as featured performers, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The trio will fill the voids created by the departures of Bobby Moynihan, Vanessa Bayer and Sasheer Zamata.

Redd is an actor, comedian and writer best known for his role as Hunter in the mockumentary, “Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping.” He co-starred alongside “SNL” alums including Andy Samberg, Joan Cusack, Bill Hader, Tim Meadows and Maya Rudolph.

Redd was also featured in Comedy Central’s Stand-Up Presents series and has background in sketch and improv. His credits include a recurring role in Netflix’s Chuck Lorre pot comedy “Disjointed.”

“SNL” returns for its 43rd season on Sept. 30 with host Ryan Gosling and musical guest Jay-Z. Emmy winner Alec Baldwin is expected to return in the premiere as President Trump.
