*Rapper Kodak Black has been indicted by a South Carolina grand jury on charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct stemming from a November incident involving a teen girl, reports WPDE.

According to a sheriff’s office incident report cited by the station, the rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, assaulted a teenage girl at a hotel after his concert at the Treasure City nightclub. The girl first reported the assault to her school nurse; a school official notified the Florence County Sheriff’s Office.

Kodak, 20, was released from the Florence County Detention Center on Dec. 1 on a $100,000 bond.

Florence County, Twelfth Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements told WPDE that if Octave is convicted, he faces up to 30 years in prison.

A trial date had yet to be set at press time.

The rapper recently announced dates for his “Project Baby” tour, which begins Oct. 21 in California and continues through the end of the year.
