*Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has extended his overall deal with Starz, the home of his drama series “Power.”

According to Deadline, the re-up adds two more years to the two year deal he signed with the channel in September 2015, extending the partnership through 2019.

“Continuing my partnership with Starz and Lionsgate is important to me,” 50 told Deadline of the new pact. “I have a personal connection to each project I bring to them. I’m able to deliver shows that have unique stories that can be told on premium cable television.”

Under the deal, 50 will continue working both sides of the camera on “Power.” The Courtney Kemp-created drama is currently deep in production on its upcoming fifth season, due to air this summer.

Through his G-Unit Film & Television, 50 will also develop new projects for Starz such as crime and music industry drama “Black Mafia Family,” and “Tomorrow, Today.” A third untitled project is reportedly in the pipeline with 50’s Den of Thieves collaborators Tucker Tooley and Christian Gudegast plus Mark Canton.

“This deal recognizes how Curtis’ abilities have gone beyond music and business to include acting and show creation,” noted Starz boss Chris Albrecht of working with 50. “We’re pleased to continue our relationship and bring new projects to his current and future fans.”
