*LaVar Ball has been embattled in a verbal back-and-forth with Donald Trump after he said Ball was ungrateful for the roll he played in securing his son LiAngelo’s release when he was detained in China for shoplifting.
His most recent Twitter battles with Trump reportedly gave his Big Baller Brand $13.2 million in free advertising exposure, according to Apex Marketing Group.
To push this marketing strategy further, Ball posted a tweet on Thursday of a GIF of his emoji dunking on Trump.

After LaVar’s previous feud with Trump, he said he sent three pairs of Big Baller Brand ZO2 sneakers to the White House—one in red, one in white and one in blue—and didn’t receive a thank you.

“Fox & Friends” contributor Kevin Jackson last week falsely claimed NFL star Colin Kaepernick “gives money to terrorists” because of the former quarterback’s donations to social justice reform.
“Colin Kaepernick gives money to terrorists,” Jackson said on Friday’s episode. “So look at the people he has donated money to, these are radicals in many cases. Very anti-American, ethnocentrically racist black organizations.”
Jackson seems pressed because Colin has pledged $1 million from his jersey sales to organizations focused on activism, social justice and immigrant rights. He has also donated money to a charter school in Harlem, an organization that helps families who are victims of violent crimes, a summer camp for Baltimore high-school students, Meals on Wheels, Somalia famine relief, assistance for black veterans, etc.
Meanwhile, it’s unclear what “anti-American” organizations Kaepernick has donated to but Jackson seems bitter that Sports Illustrated awarded him its annual Muhammad Ali Legacy Award, which is given to an athlete who embodies “the ideals of sportsmanship, leadership and philanthropy and has used sports as a platform for changing the world.”
Jackson concludes his argument by stating, “Muhammad Ali got a raw deal. Colin Kaepernick did not get a raw deal.”
