“Empire” star Taraji P. Henson is opening up about rumors that she is leaving the hit FOX show.
As thejasminebrand reports, the 47-year-old actress, who plays Cookie Lyons on the series, says “I don’t know what this rumor is that I’m done after episode four… I have bills to pay… I love Chanel too much to walk away from a hit show.”
She continues, “Who is spreading that Who walks away from that money?”
Taraji went on to joke that she can’t leave the show because of her obsession with Gucci shoes.
“I can’t leave the show because I bought every color, every style.”
Season 4 of “Empire” airs Wednesdays on FOX at 8/7c.

During Monday’s NBA Media Day, Memphis Grizzlies star Mike Conley told reporters of the unusual way he found out that Kanye West is a fan of his.
It all started with a late night phone call that Conley got from a random number and the person on the other end claiming: “Yeah, this is Ye.”
After figuring out the person was indeed was Kanye West, the rapper expressed how much of a fan he is of the baller.
“‘I just want to let you know I admire you, I really like what you do, I hate to see that you’re underrated,’ I mean just going through all these things like he actually watches me play,” Conley said.
