*Colin Kaepernick may be blacklisted from NFL teams over his kneeling protests, but the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback may soon own a team instead.

Apparently inspired by Diddy’s interest in owning the Carolina Panthers after its current owner Jerry Richardson announced he was selling the team amidst sexual and racial harassment allegations, Kaep expressed interest to Diddy on Twitter.

“I want in on the ownership group! Let’s make it happen!” he tweeted.

As previously reported, Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors also threw his hat in the proposed ownership ring.

According to reports, the Panthers franchise could come with a pricetag of more than $2 billion.

Not only has Diddy been posting nonstop about wanting to own the team, he also said he would sign Kaepernick as QB.

No word on how that sits with current QB Cam Newton.
