*Former Democratic Congressman Harold Ford Jr. will be back in his job as a political commentator for MSNBC after Morgan Stanley “clarified” that he was not fired for sexual misconduct, reports Page Six.

Ford vehemently denied media reports last December suggesting he harassed a female journalist at a Manhattan dinner in 2014. Morgan Stanley, which employed Ford as a managing director, said in a statement last week regarding reports Ford Jr. was terminated for sexual misconduct, “He was not. We have not received any internal allegations of sexual harassment or misconduct involving him.”

In his gig for NBC/MSNBC, Ford is a political analyst for NBC/MSNBC and appears on “Morning Joe.”

NBC had pulled him from his duties on MSNBC, where he regularly appears on “Morning Joe,” but sources tell Page Six he’ll be back on air on tonight for State of the Union coverage.
