*Just like the headline says, this page/board is where you can discuss the stuff that we didn’t cover in today’s issue. (It’s sort of like feedback with a twist) Remember, NO name calling, racial taunting, graphic sex talk and vulgarity in general, PLEASE.

*Interest in tonight’s series premiere of “Believe” was already high, based on the involvement of J.J. Abrams and Alfonso Cuaron. But with one half of the executive producing team becoming an Oscar winner this month, expectations are now through the roof for the supernatural drama.
It wouldn’t be a surprise if the actors recruited for the series signed on - script unseen. After all, Abrams won an Emmy for creating “Lost,” and Cuaron just nabbed a Best Director Academy Award for “Gravity.”
Delroy Lindo certainly felt in good hands when he was approached for his role in the series. “They called me up, and the things that Alfonso said creatively were very exciting to me,” Lindo told us during a TCA panel for the series. “So from my standpoint, it was not necessarily a no brainer, but it was certainly very exciting, the prospect of working with him on this project.”

Jason Derulo will perform his hit song “Talk Dirty” as the pro dancers kick off Season 18 with a choreographed number. Each couple will then perform a Cha Cha, Foxtrot or Contemporary routine, vying for America’s vote.
The two-hour season premiere begins Monday, March 17 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on ABC.
NeNe Leakes and Billy Dee Williams are part of the cast this year.
*It was only a matter of time before Aretha Franklin was asked about President Obama’s recent misspelling of her most famous song.
At a White House concert last Thursday, Obama dropped the initial “E” when trying to spell out “respect” as the queen of soul does in her famous song. The flub made instant headlines.
“I’m sure the President had much on his agenda and was just a little tired,” the 71-year-old singer said in a statement Monday.

*The Fox drama pilot “Empire” seems to be adding cast members by the hour.
On the heels of Malik Yoba joining Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson and Jussie Smollet in the hip-hop themed project from Lee Daniels, Deadline.com is reporting that Gabourey Sidibe has now signed on for a recurring role.
The story centers on Lucious Lyon (Howard), a charismatic, savvy music superstar who is about to take his company, Empire Entertainment, public. Henson plays his ex-wife and Smollet will portray their middle son.
Sidibe, fresh from her role in FX’s “American Horror Story: Coven,” will play Lucious’ hard-working assistant.
