*Investigators in the New Orleans Police Department say that NFL vet Darren Sharper “admitted” to witnesses that he and a second suspect raped two women in September.
The NOPD has released the application for the arrest warrant of Sharper’s alleged associate Erik Nunez, in which officials allege both men had non-consensual sex with two women who were “substantially impaired” on September 23, reports TMZ.
Cops say a “known acquaintance” observed Sharper in the NFL star’s apartment wearing only his boxers, and saw Nunez exiting Sharper’s bedroom in his boxers as well.

*Director Antoine Fuqua will next take on the world of boxing in “Southpaw,” a drama written by “Sons Of Anarchy” creator Kurt Sutter.
Jake Gyllenhaal will star in the pic as a welterweight champion who rises in his profession while his personal life falls apart, reports Deadline.com. The movie, financed by The Weinstein Company, is scheduled to begin production this summer.
Fuqua was looking at a number of projects to helm but decided on “Southpaw,” and his deal closed last night, according to Deadline. Still to cast is the other lead, Titus “Tick” Willis, a former fighter who was forced to retire after losing an eye and was on his way to becoming a pro trainer but retreated after his son was killed.
The project is being produced by Fuqua, Alan Riche and Peter Riche.

The rapper was released just after 7 p.m. Wednesday from the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola, where he had been serving an eight-year sentence on drug charges.
The 31-year-old rapper — whose real name is Torrence Hatch — remains on supervised parole until 2018, according to the AP.
