Comment: Skip to #3-girl this man is lookiing for some place to lay his head when he's released. If he feels so strongly about you stick to your guns about not waiting for him and let him know that if there were to be anything between you after he is released he has to work toward establishing himself on his own. If the call come fewer and further in between, well now you know.

Comment: Responding to letter #1: What the hell is going on? The writer has a daughter, so she is already a baby mama, doesn't say whether her sometime boyfriend has any role in her child's (or children's) life, and is considering having a baby with him? And this man, within the last 7 or 8 months according to her timeline was sharing his living space with another female who has a child? Does anyone consider what this does to the children who see their parents hopping from bed to bed from relationship to relationship like this? If this chick is considering having a baby "because he said he loves me and wants a baby with me" and she doen't mention at all that HE said that HE wants to get married, what example is she setting for younger females who may be influenced by her behavior? Has she known this man long enough to know if he would be a suitable father for her kid she already has and any she may have with him? Is he making enough as a pro bowler to support a family, and is his traveling lifestyle one that she will be happy with? Because if he's going from city to city every week, she may just continue seeing him 2-3 times a week, and basically continue being a single mother. If you are single with no kids and you want to act crazy like that (in addition to putting yourself at a high risk of STD or AIDS), that's fine, but people, if you have children, please consider how your decisions affect them.

Comment: Jazzfan, see why I didn't want to touch it? If this chick were standing in front of me my first reaction would be to slap her. The fact is if he is with another while he is with her he has what he wants and he said what he did cause he knows she will fall for that shat and that keeps her accepting his calls. Him being a pro bowler, well he makes money but they too are notorious whores. This chick has a kid and her best bet would be to get to steppin cause all she's gonna end up with is a wet azz and another baby daddy!

Comment: I agree with both McNasty and Jazzfan on both subjects both these chicks are just dumb # 3 how she don't know that he is playing her now he want to be with her when the other girl was smart and left his azz alone once he got locked up. As for #1 she will be stupid to have a baby just because she may not be able to have anymore or because this dude wants one I also wonder how many kids he got just dumb

Comment: Advice Chick: you are My Girl! I love your blunt, clear responses. Still, some of these desperate, low self-esteem women don't get it. If your responses were glued to a brick that was tossed on their heads they still wouldn't wisen up. How sad. I co-sign everyone's comments on woman #3. I love Advice Chick's response about the "fiction disguised as heartfelt letters". That man hasn't smelled a woman in who knows when, and will need a home when he is released. She is a sucker if she falls for it. I have a friend who's man is incarcerated right now. The difference is, he treated her like a queen and was talking marriage BEFORE he make a stupid mistake and got locked up. She has enough sense that it took her a while to decide if she was going to stay by his side and wait for him (it will only be about a year). And when he gets out, he knows what she expects from him: full-time employment, no run-ins with the law, an engagement ring, and a wedding date.
