Comment: He's a serial woman-drugging groper! Why must we ignore the truth about this man??

Comment: I agree with you whole-heartedly Thunny. How is it that we seem to think that just because a guy has been successful as a commedian, he can now speak for and advise a whole race of individuals. His support is more like put-down! To hell with himn and the ship he rode in own! Perhaps he should have parented his son better.

Comment: Besides the fact about his personal issues I agree 1000% of what he has stated because it's about dayum time we clean up our own background and quit blaming white folks for the problems of the inner cities. It's not like Dr. Cosby is lying so take the message and let's do something and stop thinking that reparations is going to solve our problems because I'm against that.

Comment: Train > I agree wholeheartedly! Other nationalities are running rings around us, while we are still trying to figure it out.

Comment: The solutions are so obvious that a third grader could figure it out. The blueprint was drawn up in the 1960's and we have to be more self sufficient and parent's have to take care of business with these kid's. We can't blame white folks for the crips, the bloods, the drug dealers.

Comment: Train > That's what I'm saying. My friends and I have long talks about this (the path/blueprint). They feel that our parents didn't pass on The Civil Rights Experience on to their kids/us. I feel the way you do. We are educated individuals unfortunately we are more selfish and they were self-less. These kids today are out of control, most will be luckly to make it out of High School.

Comment: it seems to me that in our society bad behavior is accepted and sorry azz excuses for it are taken as gospel. When I was a kid back in the 1970's if I tried to pull some of the stunts that these kid's do nowadays I would've got my azz beat. Accountability and responsbility are also gone from the mindset of this country and it hurts our families more then ever because of the high incarceration rate of blacks and latinos.

Comment: It defies logic to take advice from a man who clearly does not practice what he preaches. He wants black people to respect outrselves but then in the very next breath he'll sweet talk a woman, slip her a mickey and take her home so he can get his fondle on. There's nothing wrong with the message and everything wrong with the messenger. It's like Mike Tyson delivering the key note speech at an anti-rape rally -- anybody want to hear those words from that mouth?
