Comment: Being from Cynthia's district in New Orleans, I can confirm that she's always in the forefront - at every neighborhood meeting, hosting senior citizen parties, supporting school festivals - EVERYWHERE. Too bad you didn't show her photo so that people can see [and be amazed] at how tiny and adorable she is! But, she's tough as leather on the inside!
