Comment: You can just see that hood on Bob Schieffer head during every telecast. Lush Simbaugh, Clarence Thomas, Uncle Tom Sowell et al are all celebrating.

Comment: CBS News may have some bigots, but I give them props for giving Nancy Giles some airtime on the Sunday Morning program. When it comes to racial issues (like Katrina) that sista tells it like it is!

Comment: Makes sense to me. That's why Walter Cronkite is persona non grata. He is TOO liberal for them. He was commenting on "perky" Katie trying to walk in his lengendary footsteps on "Larry King Live" (should be renamed: "Larry King's STILL alive???"). Larry asked Walter if he had spoken to Katie and he said he has been trying but have not been able to reach her. He said it in a rather flip manner. Walter is no idiot. Did you notice he was not invited to CBS' 75th anniversary program in 2000. He's an icon and they did not invite him!!!

Comment: Why are our black women being disrespected all of a sudden. Who or what man is here to protect the black woman. Where are our leaders and why are they not getting involved in situations like this? Where is the NAACP, the other black organizations etc. Racism is running wild, look what happened in D.C. when the Senator hit the white police in the face with her phone. No one came to her defense. I'm sick of this out and out blatent racism against black women and no one or organization to stand up for us!!!
