Comment: Not only the importance of genuine love but the importance of healing before you drag someone into your life.

Comment: First I would like to commend you Darryl for at least putting out this column. It exposes a vulnerable side which in turn leaves us exposed to all kinds of madness and jabs that can come from an anonymous forum such as this. Darryl at least you have the ability to articulate your pain. Many of us simply act it out time and time again in relationship after relationship without really understanding and not truly healing. Unfortunately, many of us who get married will get divorced. Now that is the true definition of PAIN!!!

Comment: Wowwww. Thank you for sharing, and for helping. It is a blessing to become enlightened and strong enough to admit where/how you hurt, and then to do something about it. Bless you for wanting to heal your own pain before getting involved with others and possibly spreading your pain to them. America, are you listening to Darryl????
