Comment: I hear that neworleans he shouldn't get punished for this. It's not like he's on trial for murder of anything damn anything to keep a brother down ninty something days for going to a funeral well I guess he thinks it's worth it for his boy and that's cool.

Comment: See..... The judge knew where he was. So what is the problem. I am sure that he went to turn himself in the day after. But if he would have not gone to the funeral the press would have been all on that. I hope the judge has some passion and let it go.

Comment: I feel that a funeral is an acceptable excuse, however you need to be responsible and notify the court. Ultimately I really don't feel sorry for him, he has proven himself to be irresponsible. He was put on probation for whatever crime he committed yet he continues to indulge in drugs and alcohol violating his probation and even driving while under the influence.

Comment: This sounds as if he just didn't show up expecting the judge to know, understand and/or excuse him because of the funeral. I agree, a funeral is excusable but it's also irresponsible for him not to inform the court.
