Comment: The writer for this article is so much on point. I agree with pretty much everything he/she said. I can't think of the last time I've listened to KJLH or KKBT. If all you want is to pop your fingers or bop your head, then cool. But if you want substance, food for thought,....well, good luck. The dumbing down of not just blacks, but Amerikkka in general is going to lead to our downfall. Other countries are just going to pass our %*$es by, we won't even see it coming, but it is. I used to check out KJLH's the Front Page when I was working the early morning shift, but that's been some years ago. Maybe I'll check it out one of these days, just to see if they're still relevant.

Comment: Great points made in this article. Front Page should be on during prime time. I will say that Steve Harvey tried to be about the community in the beginning until he got pressure to play more music and act more stupid. Remember when he tried to get books & supplies for our schools?

There has been a concerted effort to dumb us down, starting with how BET took off all it's intelligent shows and replaced them with rump shaking drivel. It's up to us to do something about it. They are brainwashing our children into violence, promiscuity and materialism. We need to address this issue. Comment: The problem occurred with deregulation that allowed a handful of companies to start buying up all the local stations. Now they are replacing local radio personalities with synicated shows because its cheaper. I want to hear people talk about local issues as a result I've turned to am radio doing the drive time

Comment: I use to listen to the front page from Miami in the morning. They would have the gang members on making peace and talking about how we can stop the black on black violence.They would have egyptimologist and black historians giving us some incredible imformation. Now they have replace some of the host with these uncle tom negroes who always try to play devisl advocate when people call in.Clarence Thomas type negroes.Yeah they everywe're. Even in Holly hood.
