Comment: The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

Name: TAZBABY
Comment: That was just wrong for his "Dad" to do that. Where was the real Love? and What kind of name is Philander? Just trifyling.

Name: Luke_Cage
Comment: Rodman's father had that coming. How did he think Dennis would react? Not very bright of him to do what he did with the camera folk either.

Name: JBONEZ
Comment: MESSAGE to the dead beat dads on this post: He (Rodman) is one of the by products for not having a caring, understanding, naturing father in completely in his life. Role models are great, but fathers can have a greater effect.

Name: TJthemilitant
Comment: What color was dad's hair?..Maybe ol' Denny didn't recognize his azz!..LOL

Name: JBONEZ
Comment: JBONEZ says," Philander sucks!" He needs a boot up his a.z.z!

Name: McNasty
Comment: Fanteeking you beat me to it - well, now we know that Dennis' bad behavior is genetic!

Name: CoCoCaramel
Comment: Philander is an azzhole he hasn't seen or tried to talk to his son in over a decade then he shows up with a camera crew and wants a photo op so he can no doubt make a profit from it...He got just what he deserved I'm just sorry that his azz whupping wasn't worse than the one he got...

Name: B00TANEB00TUS
Comment: ...What other kind of behavior would you expect from a dude named Philander...This sh1t sounds like Rodman was in on it...It's all a charade....They're both charlatans...Charlatans I say

Name: OSUN
Comment: With a father like that, it explains alot about his behaviour throughout the years.

Name: Caribbean_Queen
Comment: Did they say that his "fans" got whiff of it and started chanting....? er? Dennis Rodman has FANS? STILL? fans of what? allrighty then.

Name: Thunny
Comment: Not to mention this crowd of Phillipinos started chanting "get out of here you deadbeat dad"? OK, EUR, if you say so... This story is both sad and hilarious. If Rodman is 40 his dad has to be 58 at the youngest, which means this 58-year old is so far down on his luck that he has to stalk his estranged son in order to cash in on some photos and video footage. Madness!

Name: Gemami
Comment: What more can be said... this is so sad and pathetic.

Name: yeawhateva
Comment: Well think about it, he got his photo taken alright...with a fist in his jaw! lmao!

Name: McNasty
Comment: CarribeanQueen there are freaks all over the world, that's why he has a fan base. They are supporting one of their own.

Name: Priceless
Comment: that's just sad ... with a father like this you can see how he did not have a male role model to be anything other than a cross dressing ball playing drama king

Name: Stephanie
Comment: What's really sad is this made the news. Who the hell cares about Dennis Rodman and his deadbeat Dad?

Name: Harriet
Comment: I'm pizzed because I cannot get on to post on the Ella Fitzgerald thread nor can I get on to post on Ben Wallace being voted defensive MVP AGAIN, but I can get on to post on this shyt!

Name: Gurlfrand
Comment: lol - that's a fight worth seeing - a son beating down his old dead beat father! sad and pathetic aren't even the correct words here!! In the words of the great poet, drinker, driver, confrontationalist, Rodney King, "can't we all just get along."

Name: OSUN
Comment: McNasty, I like Dennis Rodman and I am not a freak, at least not in the way you mean.

Name: Beezyuu
Comment: I've read Dennis Rodman's books and learned a completely different side of him. He's had some troubled times growing up which was partly due to the absence of his father. Dennis is a little different but he's not a bad person. He's a very caring person and has always helped homeless people and is a good father.

Name: MelodyCool
Comment: I don't really care for Dennis and it's clear he has nothing for black women (not that anyone would be interested at this point). He probably blamed his mother for his father's departure, so I hope he came away from this with a better understanding about dear ole dad.

Name: foxxnsocks
Comment: I can remember going to see the worm play(jr)college basketball in Durant Oklahoma. He was NOTHING like the media portrays him now. MelodyCool I have to disagree with your post about Dennis having nothing for black women because back in the day he did try to holla but no, we said he was too ugly, his fingernails are jacked, why are his ears so small? The only women who paid him any attention were the becky's. I was and STILL AM the Worm's biggest fan...*just a though* Dennis Rodman (in his prime)or Ben Wallace?
