Comment: OK, I saw the preview for this movie and it’s very interesting. It takes place during the era of the movie Life. Andre plays the piano and Big Boi raps on stage in a Cab Callaway setting with showgirls and so forth. From the snippet that I’ve seen I think b/b is a bootlegger and has gotten into some money trouble and Andre has falling in love, but won’t leave his daddy to be with the girl. Anywho, the preview is on yahoo if any1 is interested.

Comment: I saw a trailer for this movie, and it doesn't look half bad. I'm looking forward to seeing this one.

Comment: I've seen the movie and it is excellent! There is a really nice love story and the girl reminds me of Alicia Keyes but not the greatest actress...She gets better after her big singing scene. Before then...not so much. Big Boi and Andre are good though, and the dance sequences are amazing! I really hope everyone goes out and supports this movie. It's set in a time where black people are rarely portrayed as more than servants, so it's nice to see hardworking black people (illegal and legal) doing their thing and living well. Of course Terence Howard plays the bad guy again, but he does it so well you can't knock it.
