Comment: Part 1: Judge declared mistrial after the plaintiffs (family) said they never received a piece of evidence from the city. Part 2: After declaring mistrial, the city proves the Plaintiffs were given the evidence. Part 3: Judge gets mad at Plaintiffs and says she needs to think about this for a minute as to what sanctions she may impose against the Plaintiffs if the city proves they gave the Plaintiffs the evidence as required by law 4 years ago.
