Comment: Morning all Horrendous weekend My good friend Mo who owns a corner store and has a wife and two young daughters was murdered on Saturday night. I was just with him and we were talking about ways for him to reclaim a better relationship with his mom. He was only 36 and welled loved. The have taken in the crack head wife of the anc rep for questioning. If she is involved she may recieve a Hoodini. It is a sad day indeed.

Comment: Taz, you ain't neva lied. We bought our house a couple of years ago and it's a huge responsibility. We lived in military housing for 10 years and all we had to do was pick up the phone if something broke. That mess will have you spoiled, we have all the rewards of being a homeowner and all the hassles too. We built our house so it's still sort of brand new but stuff still breaks.

North Korea would respond to a pre-emptive U.S. military attack with an "annihilating strike and a nuclear war," the state-run media said Monday, heightening anti-U.S. rhetoric amid close scrutiny of its missile program.
The Korean Central News Agency, citing an unidentified Rodong Sinmun newspaper "analyst," accused the United States of increasing military pressure on the isolated communist state and basing new spy planes on the Korean Peninsula.
The North Korean threat of retaliation, which is often voiced by its state-controlled media, comes amid U.S. official reports that Pyongyang has shown signs of preparing for a test of a long-range missile. North Korea claims it has the right to such a launch.
On Friday, Pyongyang accused the United States of driving the situation on the Korean Peninsula "to the brink of war," and said it is fully prepared to counter any U.S. aggression.
Monday's report accused Washington of escalating military pressure on the country with war exercises, a massive arms buildup and aerial espionage by basing new spy planes in South Korea.
"This is a grave military provocation and blackmail to the DPRK, being an indication that the U.S. is rapidly pushing ahead in various fields with the extremely dangerous war moves," the dispatch said.
"The army and people of the DPRK are now in full preparedness to answer a pre-emptive attack with a relentless annihilating strike and a nuclear war with a mighty nuclear deterrent," the report said.
SO DOES THIS MEAN IF WE DO A PRE-EMPTIVE STRIKE WE SHOULD ANNIHALATE NORTH KOREA WITH THE FIRST STRIKE?

LaBelle told the crowd at the Park Hyatt at the Bellevue that Houston, who has long battled drug abuse, is the "eighth wonder of the world."
"Whitney needs help. We need to bring her up," continued LaBelle, who co-hosted the ceremony with Smokey Robinson.

Other honorees included Chubby Checker, the late Otis Redding (whose family was there to pick up his award), the Delfonics, Bettye LaVette, Barbara Mason, Thom Bell, Frankie Beverly and Maze. Audience yells for trouble singer to leave stage during Essence Festival

HOUSTON - Bobby Brown was back with New Edition — and his ostentatious behavior stood out when he was paired with the soulful group.
Brown, who left New Edition in the 1980s for a solo career, reunited with the band Sunday night for two songs at the Essence Music Festival.
As the other five members moved to slick choreography Sunday, Brown ran around the stage wildly and performed raunchy dance moves.
The men brought the crowd to its feet with their performance of the 1985 hit “Mr. Telephone Man.”
Brown then left the stage, and the remainder of the group — original members Ralph Tresvant, Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins and Ronnie DeVoe, plus Johnny Gill, who replaced Brown — performed several ballads.
Brown followed with a solo set that started with “Don’t Be Cruel,” then quickly turned to more raunchy dancing and talk about his sex life with wife Whitney Houston.
By the time he finished with “My Prerogative,” Brown was shirtless and many in the audience were screaming for him to get off the stage.
