Comment: Instead of writing a lick for "Touch it" it should be renamed "Spill it" as in "the beans" for information in his body guard's murder!!

Comment: It's a slow news day!!

Comment: busta come off it you know he had to beg em to rap. em is really milking this death thing. all quiet and reclusive.it's only a matter of time before his new album comes out. which sting song is he going to sample.and as for busta he needs to tell the truth and quit trying to be all hard. im quite sure that young man's family would like some closure for his death

Comment: How they let the white boy come on stage at BET, I will never know. It really funny when Vanilla Ice “pretended he was from the hood” black people blasted and rightly so. This druggie calls black women ni*gers and they don’t say anything. Amazing!!! His fact %*$ apology was straight up bull. His pasty %*$ ruined the performance to me. One other site people were feeling sorry for Em, damn his punk %*$ didn’t die, but nobody cares that T.I friend was recently killed and he performed. Whatever!!! Em is the first “rapper” to win an Oscar and nobody see the hypocrisy in that. I might be the only black woman in America who is still tick at the %*$!(@ comment, but I don't care. Why in the hell did Busta shout out Proof? I did not see him shout out the man he killed!! Em was only there to try to get the black acceptance he was unable to truly capture. I can't stand his %*$.

Comment: Dang did he deserve all that...Whoosah, let it go!!!

Name: DCGG
Comment: Speak on it Olivia...Busta lost major points with me for brining that piece of Jerry Springer trailer park trash on stage at the BET awards.

Name: lilmocc
Comment: Olivia- I'm fine with your opinion but Busta shouted out Ramirez several times at the end of the performance in addition to Proof.

Name: EdnaMae
Comment: LOL, M and "busta", sharing thier "love" for each other, too funny.

Name: thechocolate10
Comment: i didnt feel em's appearance but Busta remix was hot

Comment: Olivia, tell em' why u madd son! Tell em' why u madd! LMAO!

Name: Thunny
Comment: Shout out to Olivia for expressing my feelings! Eminem is a wigger who wears do rags. Is he trying to get waves? Confused white%*$!(@!(.

Name: TesticAl
Comment: Thun, you stupid! He said is he trying to get waves. LMAO! I thought the same thing! Y'all wild.

Name: musbdherbs
Comment: lololol..Thun..I had some people over this weekend and we watched the show. One of my boyz said "see that's what I'm talking about, wtf is he doing w/a doorag on?" Busta lost me too Olivia.

Name: Thunny
Comment: Don't get me wrong, Em is a talented rapper, that much is obvious. However, let's not forget what happened to Public Enemy and Professor Griff when Griff broke down the word "jewelry". The Jews of the world united and basically black listed PE to the point that they no longer recieved mainstream love. Fast forward about 15 years and a tape surfaces with Eminem calling black women "b*tches" and the black public unites and buys his albums in record numbers. Go figure. Jews run all of entertainment!

Name: thechocolate10
Comment: finally people who dont think em is the end all and be all of Rap. Yeah!

Name: iclaudius
Comment: LMBAO at Olivia. Speak on it Sista! You know the worse part about all of this Eminem nonsense is that he is set to become the best selling rapper of all time. He is poised to surpass Tupac and be the rap artist who sold the most records. Isn't that sad! A white person dominating sales in rap. Some thing is wrong with this picture.

Name: TJthemilitant
Comment: Beastie boys got the last laugh too when they old sold their counterparts(Run DMC)..Won all types of awards, then turned that sh*t to acid rock!...Those "Jump Around" Irish boys outsold everyone too..Didn't one of them have a tatoo of a swastika?..The one who is an actor?

Name: TJthemilitant
Comment: should be "out sold"

Name: iclaudius
Comment: > TJ. You are referring to the group House of Pain. They are the Irish guys from New York. They only had one hit album and the other two ddidn't do well. The guy who was as actor was Everlast. He had a few hits as a solo artist. I don't think he had a swastika tatoo. I think the one you are referring to was the symbols for the soul %*$asins.

Name: Panamaeda
Comment: This was my favorite performance of the night...Should've been the opening. Although, I really enjoyed Beyonce's performance...

Name: letmein
Comment: I agree Panamaeda...

Name: Thunny
Comment: House of Pain was made up of Everlast, Danny Boy and DJ Lethal. None of them ever had a Nazi tattoo (that they showed off, at least), and all the members were based and raised in southern California. Everlast was born in Hempstead, Long Island but he relocated to the west at an early age and released his debut solo album as part of Ice-T's crew the Rhyme Syndicate. This was in like 90-91. He was a slick white dude who rapped in black tuxedos and sneakers. Then the House of Pain album came out in like 92 and he shaved his head, got tatted up, and started the whole slam dance/rap thing, something that Onyx piggy-backed a year later.

Comment: I know it's late in the day, but why the hostility in a white person being the top rapper in the game? Eminem may very well be a faker, but last time I checked, hip hop is global and transcends race. If someone is nice on the mic and isn't a perpetrator, what difference does his skin color matter???

Name: musbdherbs
Comment: Aqua...it makes a huge difference because where it took "us" to make it..it took "them" to win an Oscar. Yes the "influence" is global. But w/o "us" there would be no hip-hop. It's kinda like history telling us that Eli Whitney inventing the cotton gin...when we know a black man did. There are too many "black" artists to name whose skills far exceed anything Em can compete w/. BUT, it was he who won the Oscar. Yup, that's a big problem in this day and age for something like that to happen. SADLY, it's OUR fault neway. FK DR. DRE!

Name: Thunny
Comment: These are lyrics from one of my favorite rappers Murs: Any white boy who thinks he knows my struggle Cause he listens to Pac and his adrenaline doubles Now I ain't got problems with you being yourself But when you front and use the N word, it just don't help I might not trip, and your friends'll laugh at you But I know some real n*ggaz that'll straight up slap you Now you could be down, but let's act growed up Cause we ain't the same color when police show up My culture's not a trend, being Black is not in But for you it's just a phase you're gonna have to transcend While even if I tried, I could never blend in To society's mainstream, American dream Yeah, it's all one love, but remember one thing This music is my life, not a cultural fling It's an expression of the soul when we dance and sing And you are blessed to have a chance to even glance the scene!

Name: Thunny
Comment: continued: Man I do the same music, they stop coming to shows It's like they scared of the white boys in the front row First I was like "so? I'mma get my dough" But the numbers kept falling as my fan base would grow And now I'm concerned so I gotta speak up First the money was the only thing shutting me up But now I don't care, don't support me, get mad Why wouldn't you abort me? My own people have I feel I should have the scans white rappers have It's sad but that's the way it is What's the reason that my album doesn't sell like his? And don't front like you don't why the hell that is It's because he's white, you can relate to his face Through the years you've been taught that Black is unsafe Plus it's only natural for your own to be embraced Conscious or subconscious you can't say that ain't the case Only reason it took so long to take place Was up until now your only choice was 3rd B%*$ Or others like Ice, wasn't really that tight Now you got some white dudes who can truly rock the mic You relate to their stories cause you share that past Question is, why would you listen to MURS' Black azz? I asked myself for a while but now I finally get it Good music transcends all physical limits It's more than something that you hear, it's something that you feel When the author and experience and passion is real Used to feel I should be silent, I was scared to do this song But I want everyone aware of what is going on Yes it is jazz and yes it is the blues And yes it is the exact same way they did rock But I refuse to watch the same thing happen to hip-hop I refuse to watch that bullsh*t...
