Comment: tuck yer tail in yer arse and run....BOY

Name: McNasty
Comment: It was prayer and nothin' but that got this boy out!

Name: TAZBABY
Comment: Wonder is this a wake up call for the druggie? Too Funny JBONEZ, Shakaz I bet he will be on his knees somewhere but not in Church. McNasty you know he did a lot of praying and secretly crying.

Comment: De Lawd makes a way out of no way! *raising hands up in the air*

Name: star
Comment: Nothing shocks me, never thought Dallas would be taking drugs though. A part of me wants to believe the drugs were for Naomi.

Name: ATLGirl
Comment: Dallas plead guilty. Does anyone believe the coke wasn't for him or he was framed?

Name: bigchassie
Comment: ATL>humm....you just might have sumpthing there. never thought of that.

Name: Gemami
Comment: It was only a little over a gram, so I believe it was his. Also in one of his many excuses Dallas said he didn't know he the coke was on him, so he probably through he smoked/snorted it all. Let's not make or find excuses for him... I'm sure he and his people have said them all. I personally do not think God had anything to do with this -- even the devil "saves" us so we could continue living in darkness - that's how I see this Dallas situation.

Name: lilmocc
Comment: Yeah, his azz was using the coke. I hope this will serve as a wake up call to him. He has a young son and I'm sure this type of publicity is not good. I just hope he doesn't start feeling invicible b/c he ended up getting a slap on the wrist. It could have been soooo much worse for him. It is only prayer that saved him for real.

Name: golfebj
Comment: Go ahead and give your life to Christ now! Because it was only His grace and mercy that got you through that situation!

Name: Thunny
Comment: There are worse habits in this world than cocaine, that's for sure. Just imagine if drugs for personal use were decriminalized. Imagine how much less we'd have to pay in taxes to support the folks in prison on petty drug charges. Imagine how much less crime there would be. Imagine a world where treatment and not incarceration is the one and only option for being found in posession of drugs.

Name: Train
Comment: Time for that young man to enter a good rehab center and get himself together for the long run.

Name: Gurlfrand
Comment: Some of what you said I agree with, Thunny. But, there has to be some type of order - and people in this country tend to not want to follow and obey laws, so, when they leave this soil and go somewhere else and try that stuff, those laws in other countries carry very stiff laws and fines.

Comment: my daddy always says Money talks!!

Name: Thunny
Comment: Gurlfrand, the US could learn so much from certain European countries and their laws concerning drug use and possession. There's a reason why crime is very low in countries that have decriminalized certain drugs. The Netherlands is making money from legalizing certain drugs and that's part of the reason why healthcare is free in that country. That means EVERYONE there has free healthcare. But not here. If you can't pay, you die. his country is f*cked. There needs to be some discretion displayed instead of ruling with an iron fist across the board.

Name: yunvme
Comment: why is everyone assuming that he has a drug "problem". Just because you may party every once in a while doesnt mean that you need to go to rehab.

Name: bigheadbull2
Comment: And to think this boy started off writing songs in church he has a beautiful number called Praise and Glory just fabulous

Name: bigchassie
Comment: THUNNY> you are right about drugs being legalized in the Netherlands. that is so deep to me. they have cafes where you can sit and smoke reefer.

Name: Gemami
Comment: Wow, Thun, you made me think of this documentary I saw over the weekend. On a real sense, you are so right, Dallas’ offense is minor, stupid on his part, but minor nonetheless. However, I don’t know if drugs like cocaine should be legalized… although there is a legal, FDA approved form of cocaine in some drugs use to help patients with depression. However, I would totally, 1000% agree with you about marijuana.

Name: McNasty
Comment: Thunny I agree with you - decriminalize drugs and NJ prolly wouldn't have had to close for the next couple of days. We spend in excess of $3,000 per month to house prisoners. Train, drug rehab?! as long as drugs are illegal they will continue to have an allure to certain people whether they spiral outta control or not. Bottom line - he shoulda called naomi before he tried taking his own stash to Du'bai.

Name: QueenCityBee
Comment: You damn str8 the drugs was for him & Naomi a little party favor. He ain't forget that shyt was in his pocket he was just that stupid to try & bring that shyt overthere. Yes he paid his way out of this mess. I knew a girl I grew up with went on a cruise & tried that shyt, I never heard from her again they put her under the jail.

Name: JamerDelta
Comment: yunvme--are YOU on drugs? how many people you know who "recreationally" use cocaine that don't get hooked? I agree with Thunny about legalizing certain drugs but really like the laws they talked about in the article for trafficking. Hopefully he will learn a lot from this. I could never and still can't understand the idea that partying and having a good time means using drugs--just never could get that one.

Name: Priceless
Comment: EUR y'all really milking this story ain't ya? *snicker*

Name: goodnplenty1957
Comment: ....trust me folks..HE GOT OFF EASY!! i have been over to the U.A.E. and the persian gulf area. THEY AINT NO JOKE when it comes to things like drugs, robbery, rape, etc. rob someone and get caught, they have been known to cut off your hand. rape someone and they have been known to castrate, well you get the picture. the Muslim countries over there take that stuff serious. ..the sad part about it...THEY WILL NEVER LEARN.

Name: yunvme
Comment: No I'm not on drugs. I know that if you use coke once maybe twice a year that you arent addicted. If a person "drinks" champagne on New Years Eve every year are they an alcholic?

Name: yunvme
Comment: JamerDelta are you speaking what you THINK you know, or what you know for fact?

Name: JBONEZ
Comment: Keeping drugs illegal is the right move. If you legalize drugs you are asking for more trouble. Maybe a lot of you are not looking at the big picture. HHHHHHHHHHmmmmmmmm

Name: JBONEZ
Comment: check out website below. If the US legalizes drugs we would be in a lot of trouble, especially minorities. http://www.levellers.org/cohip/PAGES/DRUG_WAR/NETHSTUD .HTM
