Comment: Schaffel's case is in deep do-do... so what does he do... lie about adopting boys in brazil.. for one a 3rd party can not adopt ANYONE for you.. and the story is a blantant lie...but the media eats up sensation anything about Mijac whether its true or not... never bother to hear the truth that is coming out in court for this case.. they don't care...Keep fighting these bogus cases, Mijac...keep fighting..

Comment: Schaffel is a straight up con-man. During the criminal trial CourtTV did a 3-part story on him. It was revealed that, amongst other things, homeboy had FIVE social security numbers and used ELEVEN different names. (That can all be verfied on the Court TV website.) As for this case, Schaffel had the nerve to come to court with receipts for things like $5.00 spent at Taco Bell for lunch and a $2.00 purchase of Advil at a local 7-Eleven, but he has NO receipts to prove that he lent Jackson a dime. Schaffel is claiming that he loanded Jackson MILLIONS of dollars but never got a receipt or an I.O.U. for any of those loans, yet he was able to retained a receipt for a $2.00 bottle of Advil which he wanted to be remibursed for. PLEASE!

Comment: yasmine1, I will be more than happy to give him credit and also offer a sincere apology, when and if he gets his life right. MJJ was raised by a strong, God fearing woman, and he has let all this weird nonsense take over his life. Until he becomes a grown, proud black man and takes his life back, these lawsuits and nasty allegations about little boys will continue to haunt him.

Comment: yasmine, you are so correct about what the media wants you to believe about MJ. In those recent depositons, you can see that MJ is very articulate and charming, not the babbling idiot the media tries to project. As a matter of fact, I'm very impressed at the way Mike presents himself. He is cool at all times and very confident. You notice that the media has not said too much, if anything, about those deposition tapes, because they can't spin it. I personally don't trust a thing they say, when it comes to Mike.

I was through when reports surfaced that he would wait until the boy from the first case came home and spend the night in his room. The parents were just pimping their child. No wonder he settled. IMO, MJ is not a poor, misunderstood brother. He is a serial pedophile who should have been put under the jail a long time ago.

Comment: I don't know about that gingerg. I actually read up on both of these cases and I'm not talking about what was printed in the newspaper or said on television. There is alot of information that was not presented to the public regarding that first case. First of all, the boy's father asked Mike for a loan of 20 million dollars, when Mike said he couldn't do it, lo and behold along came those allegations. It was a set up from day one. How many parents do you know that would not report such an act to the authorities? They never went to the police, they went to a civil attorney. They could have had both a criminal trial AND a civil trial. They were never interested in a criminal trial, they were only interested in the money. Shortly after that matter was settled, the boy in question "divorced" both his parents. Did you know that? He has had NO contact with either of his parents since. Did you know that? Michael would have fought and should have fought. It was Sony's idea to settle and it was Mike's insurance company who paid that settlement and Sony made up the difference. None of that money came out of Michael's pocket. You call him a "serial peodophile." If that's true, then where are ALL the other "victims?. He was alleged to have done something in 1993 and then in 2003, that means that he strikes every ten years. Is that normal for a serial peodophile? I don't think so, a serial peodophile has many many MANY victims.

Comment: gingerg.. you are so wrong... if he is a serial pedo.. where are the hundred's of boys... and don't say he paid them off...because the media keeps saying he is broke, right???...Reagan and Bush gave Mijac one of the highest honors an entertainer/citizen could receive from the whitehouse...if Mike was a serial pedo...of any kind.. there would be no guest work.. folks becuz the establishment would have caught that long before Sneddon and his trial in 2003....make no doubt about it... one of the problems is that Mijac don't play by the media rules.. he plays by his own rules... ie: covering up his and his kids face.. do you know how much much the photographer or mag makes when they get a AAAA list celeb is a casual moment??? when the face is covered up.. no value $$$... in the prime of Mijac's career..he never did an interview ...do you know how many mags sell when the hotest artist is featured???.. in the UK alone.. Mike stills sells 100,000 additional copies of the newspaper when they mention him.. and that is now... image in the 80's when he ruled the charts....the 1st interview he gave was to a black woman...name Oprah Winfrey... which propelled her career.. and did it on his terms...

Comment: Just the fact that the media can't stop talking about him, leads me to believe he is still very VERY relevant. If Mike "burps" it makes the news. No other superstar garners that much media attention for doing absolutely nothing! When he was found NOT GUILTY - 14 TIMES, the media expected him to hold a press conference outside of that courthouse. Boy, were they wrong, Mike left and never looked back. If he decided to talk to one of the networks, there would be an ugly bidding war. Everybody and their mother would want the opportunity to obtain that inverterview. It's funny, a few weeks ago, when Mike went to Ireland, Bob Dylan was also in Ireland to perform a concert. When folks heard Mike was in town, they "assumed" that Mike had something to do with Dylan's concert. In a matter of seconds, demands for tickets to the event increased so drastically that the promoter of the event had to issue a statement, to let folks know that MJ would not be appearing. Now that's what you call star power!
