Comment: Of course these places aren't going to reply. Target like most retailers is going after the "Hispanic" market. They will now say they are "diverse" because they have a workforce that is 25% Hispanic. I for one won't be shopping there. Its all about the principle folks.

Comment: I used to work for Dillards in 2003. Since quitting in 03 I haven't spent my money there. I'm not surprised they didn't respond.

Comment: I agree with the answer Target gave- minoritys are not just blacks. I would not have answered this either survey either. Damned if you do - because then they find you are not doing enough for one group- and damned if you don't because then they tell people not to shop at your store. You cannot bully someone into doing what you you feel is the right thing. If you are hiring the best canidates and giving back to the community that you are in and not being discriminative then there is not problem.

Comment: Based on the posters' names; you can sort of figure out how they'll respond hence..mcOREO... What's bullying someone by asking them to respond..that's what N/A stands for..to ignore the questionnaire was rude and unprofessional. Target has cheap stuff so I don't shop there anyway.
