Comment: I'm all for labor rights and getting paid what one deserves but 12 writers? Why so many? And it's a reality show so for whom/what are they writing? I have a writing degree (journalism).... Maybe I need to go to Hollyweird and make some bank writing "We've got some AMAZING prizes...."?

Comment: All of the reality shows have writers. If you look at the credits you can see their names. I saw an article in Time magazine about it and there is a show on VH1 about the writers/editors of these shows and how much is not as "real" as you may believe...but I tend to agree w/y'all and I'm curious to know sometimes why they don't just let stuff happen...

Comment: How naive are some of you people??? Reality shows are tv shows for entertainment purposes. The comments from the judges and the contestants are not spontaneous but created by situations created by the producers and writers. The comments are fed to them by the writers. Omarosa is a tv creation based on editing that created the most entertaining tv. And, to her credit, she has been smart enough to spin it for all it's worth.

Comment: The CW inherited a few good shows from the WB and UPN but seems to be off to a very rocky start. I hope this merger don't turn into a disaster.

Comment: I wonder how many times Tyra had to rehearse her "script" from when she screamed on homegirl for not being driven enough. That was my favorite moment from the show, but I only watched that one season. This is exactly why I don't watch reality TV. It is so fake. I bet the writers and Cover Girl pick the winner on day one.

Comment: Are reality writers part of The Guild? I thought the same happen to Survivor. Are they considered real writers?? Some of the sh*t people do on their own can't be scripted. Sometimes they just hired the perfect cast of characters, who will do anything to be on TV.
