Comment: I was a big fan of Pac's and I can understand a parents love for a child.. but c'mon now...What's next, sainthood?...10th anniversary celebration?...Look, the dude got shot..STOP THE PAC EXPLOTATION ...It's like she's gonna scatter some ashes here and some there...Is she gonna keep some ashes to scatter at a later Tupac event?...Are people gonna be able to purchase some ashes?...Hey, maybe I can gather up a few ashes, put 'em in a vial and it's E-Bay baby...It's ashes to ashes and dust to dust...I dunno maybe if ya scatter enough ashes another Tupac will grow...Kinda like a Johnny Appleseed thing...I don't think Nelson's gonna be there...

Comment: I understand as I would want the same thing should I make my transition before being able to move back to AFrica.....I would choose Ethiopia, SUdan or KMT (Egypt) however should I not have discovered the actual country where my ancestors originated

Comment: I'm with BOOTS...give it a fuvkin rest already...next she'll be petitioning congress for a Tupac Shakur national holiday...young folks today know more about Tupac then Malcolm X...

Comment: I agree, it is enough already, Tupac hasn't been able to Rest In Peace. Anyone ever see that Dave Chapelle skit where they're at a party and ?love is the DJ and Tupac is rapping about current events, including the people that are in the party dancing to the song.....IT IS HILARIOUS (I believe its on YOUTUBE.com) On another note...EUR you couldn't come up with a better picture of Afeni??? She looks like Rog from WHAT'S HAPPENING in that pic.....are you kidding me?

Comment: Like I stated last week, Tupac was a very talented young man who was taken much too soon. I know that he would've eventually shrug off that "Thug Life" b.s. like most youngsters do get rid of mess as they get older. I'm not going to rag on him too hard because everybody bumped their heads at age 25 but he never got a chance to outgrow it. I feel for his mother though because so far no suspects, no nothing in his murder. Kid's of today need to use that internet to read on our heroes like Bro. Malcolm, Dr. King and countless plus folks of today like Richard Parsons, Ken Chanualt and Dr. Benjamin Carson, who was honored by the NAACP last month.

Comment: "Dear Mama" - just let Tupac rest in peace - he's gone and erecting statutes and naming villages, etc, will not bring him back - just let him rest in peace.

Comment: ...Yo, I'm suprised she's got any ashes left...It's been 10 years...Yo, if she's still scattering ashes at the 20th, 30th aniversary of his death then ya know those are some ashes she scooped outta the ashtray...

Comment: Let this Mother do what she wish for her son. Afeni Shakur isn't hurting anyone. This is something between a Mother & her son. Period

I can hear him now.."Aw sheeyet!, here they @sses come again, why can't they just go to the "Pick-n-Save??" d@mn!! But,being a gentleman he will not turn them down.

Comment: Pamalicious ... you are wrong, but you are right LOL Rog from What's Happening

Comment: OUCH! I have never seen so much disrespect. WTF makes any of you think that 2pac is not resting in peace? He was never one to sit on his behind, he was always moving, trying to go forward and pull the brother behind him in the process. It's unfortunate that he got "caught up" in the music biz hype but the young man was telented, passtionate and is probably spiriting his momma to keep it going. As far as his ashes, OMG did any of your mother'e ever teach you "If you can't say anything nice, STFU?" That was that woman's only son and she can so as she pleases. When you think about it, 2pac had he been able to grow into his manhood was only carrying the messages he was taught by his mother so how apropos that she continue to carry them now. Unless you have lost a child (which is the most horrid thing I can think of)don't talk about what you would or would not do because you don't know the feeling. Just because he was murdered doesn't mean the messages change or END! Yeah alot of kids know about 2pac as well as Brother X because they were both MESSENGERS! The work is NEVER DONE! What a weak generation of black folks we are so lost..look at your comments and tell me you have any direction. A man's character can surely be messured by that which he indeed deems funny..think about that for a minute..K?

Comment: Think about Malcome X @ 24 or 25. He was a threat and a heathen. However, he got a chance to grow into a MAN and look at the monumental things that he has done. At 24 Brother X was a PIMP, Drug Dealer, Thief just to name a few. So just use a Minute bit of brain power and compare the two. It only takes a moment then to see what I am trying to say. I recommend putting your foot in your mouth at anytime, feel free. Have a nice day *smile*
